I grew up in social housing, navigating the chaos of a codependent mother and an emotionally abusive stepfather. I lost my father young—and with him, a sense of safety. I learned early how to please, perform, and keep the peace. That pattern followed me into adulthood, masked by success but driven by fear.
From the outside, I had it all together—a thriving career, accolades, the image of control. Inside, I was burnt out, disconnected, and drowning in imposter syndrome.
I searched for answers through therapy and personal development. But it wasn’t until I experienced deep emotional integration and subconscious reprogramming that things finally shifted, for good.
Today, I’m a transformational coach and author, creator of the Pathfinder Method—a process designed to help people like you release emotional conditioning and reconnect with who they really are.
My work combines practical psychology with powerful inner work to create real, lasting change. This isn’t fluff. It’s science-backed. It’s soul-aligned. And it works.
