I am responsible for the personal information covered by this notice, which explains how information is used in connection with johnlloyd.live. For questions or requests about your information, email [change@johnlloyd.live](mailto:change@johnlloyd.live). ## Information you provide The ebook request form requires your first name, email address, phone number and country. These fields must be completed to submit that form. Requesting the ebook leads to follow-up emails as well as delivery of the resource. You can unsubscribe from follow-up emails using the link in the email footer or by contacting me. The comment form requires your first name, email address and comment. Your last name and website address are optional. Your comment and name may appear publicly on the website, so please consider what you include. When you contact me with an enquiry, I also receive the information you choose to provide in your message. ## Why I use information I use information to provide requested resources and follow up, respond to enquiries, manage comments, maintain contact records and understand use of the website. For responding to requests, providing resources, maintaining relationships and running a secure website, I rely on legitimate interests. Those interests are communicating with people who contact Pathfinder, providing useful resources and keeping the website working securely. Where an enquiry involves steps you ask me to take before entering an agreement for services, I rely on taking those steps at your request. I rely on consent for optional cookies where consent is required. An ebook request does not, by itself, establish marketing consent. ## Website services and cookies I use HubSpot for website content, forms and customer relationship management. HubSpot technologies can collect technical and usage information, recognise visitors and sessions, and help manage form submissions, including identifying repeat submissions. The website also uses Google reCAPTCHA in connection with forms to help protect against automated abuse. Where optional analytics cookies are used, the cookie banner lets you accept or reject them. Essential security and form functionality may use necessary technologies. Cookie choices concern those technologies; they do not decide whether information you submit through a form can be used for its stated purpose. The website includes an external link to Instagram. If you follow it, Instagram's own privacy information applies to your use of that service. ## Providers and international processing HubSpot handles information through the services described above. The account's data hosting location is the European Union, in Germany. Hosting location does not mean that all processing or access takes place there. HubSpot's [Data Processing Agreement](https://legal.hubspot.com/dpa) describes its processing arrangements, subprocessors and provisions for international transfers. Contact me if you need further information about arrangements affecting your data or copies of relevant safeguards. ## How long information is kept Contact and form details remain in HubSpot until they are deleted. Automatic deletion of inactive contacts is currently switched off, and there is no automatic scheduled expiry for those records. You can ask me to erase your information using the contact details above. Whether information can be erased depends on the circumstances, including any applicable legal reason for retaining it. ## Your rights Depending on the processing and the circumstances, you can request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, erasure, restriction of use or a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. ### Your right to object You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation.
